1. Pros:-Friendly & helpful staffs-Free all day coffee and drink at the lobby-Free internet at the lobby-Located near Ala Wai canal where you can find free parking, but it is almost impossible to find parking space after 5 pm.

7. There is a lot of free parking across the street but you have to be back really early in the day to get a spot, we never once found an open one.
