1. The staff was very friendly, however we were surprised by the fact that there were not more reminders about the Thursdays managers hour with free apps and drinks.

3. We arrived from Australia about 8am the first morning, and whilst we couldn't check in until later in the day, the manager Jamal was incredibly friendly and helpful, suggesting we help ourselves to the free breakfast and explore some of Waikiki/Honolulu.

I just realised our sheets were dirty and pillow cases filthy, I went to see the manager at the front desk in a blue shirt and he said ' what do you want me to do about it the sheets were clean yesterday we only change every three days!' So not only did I cop attitude about sheets when I politely asked about them I was accused of dirtying them (fake tan like stains & make up and on some places bits like toilet blue)Just a little politeness would have been nicer and I would have rathered a positive 'this is how I can help you attitude' At the end of the day the room is super clean its just obviously the laundry that has let the hotel down But that Manager.
