1. As well, the windows could use some upgrading as we could hear traffic noise at night which we understand is quite common in Waikiki.

5. Since one is right on the Ala Wai Blvd there is traffic noise which didn't bother us but if one is light sleeper you should get a room facing away from the canal, but the view is much nicer on the canal side then the buildings on the other side.

6. The only thing I could fault is the level noise outside on the street, which is not the hotel's fault.

9. Upon arrival we were given a room promptly, upon arriving in the room we were surprised by the awfully loud noise from the a/c (it was impossible to carry on a normal conversation in the room).
