1. The lounge area is comfortable with free, very good coffee in the mornings, and the neighborhood is pleasant and mostly residential.

6. Overall, again I can't say enough about the perks around Kimpton, and there is nothing better then someone handing you a glass of free sparkling wine after a hard day of work, but this particular Kimpton could use a few tweaks to make it better.
