My room on the 5th floor overlooked F street, but was really quiet with almost no perceptible street
noise
.

) My guests had a top-floor room facing the back, which meant that there was not much of a view, but they avoided the
noise
of both 9th and F Streets, which can be very loud, especially on weekends.

Our room faced the busy side of the street, but we didn't have any problems with street
noise
interrupting our sleep.

The room was very quiet; we didn't hear a sound from outside or in the building; the window was double pane, with an additional storm pane, which eliminated all street
noise
.

They have done a good job here of soundproofing the outside
noise
, although there was instance where I heard some kids running down the hall, but that didn't bother me.

Couldn't sleep with the
noise
- Heat was turned off even though it was 50 degrees outside.

If you were still awake when this happened, you found yourself getting up just to stop the
noise
and turn on the a/c again because it was getting hot and you needed the a/c and fan to kick on.
"Excellent w/exception of bed size and energy efficient a/c "

The only problem was that it would eventually click on, only to make rumbling
noise
s and nothing would actually happening.

I requested a quiet room and they gave us a room that faced another building so there was no view but also no street
