4. The desk clerks were extremely helpful and were more than happy to make accommodations for us - we asked for a room with a view, since the king suites only have a view to the interior of the building.

5. The pool is extremely small, perhaps the smallest I've ever seen in a hotel, and if you are visiting during any kind of school break and don't have children I wouldn't bother packing a suit.
