1. The inadequacies and imperfections I cited in this review exist at this hotel but I have never seen them at its competitor, the Four Seasons, where staff is abundant and immediately and effortlessly responsive to a guest's needs, the restaurants are top-notch (not just adequate), and the fitness center is fabulous.
