5. The help I got from the concierge desk here in arranging transport, car rentals, suggestions for where to run in the morning, shopping, etc.

6. I could tell the staff really wanted to help (they kept radioing someone for backup, but backup was slow in coming), but there is only so much one person can do.

7. I've been turned off by pretentious, stuck up staff in the past, who only are of service because they are trying to get something out of you or it is in their job description(the Aussie at the front desk was really nice and helpful).
