1. Edgar Padilla, Guest Service Agent was remarkable, I couldn't have hand picked a better more accommodating front desk, Service Agent, from the moment we entered and he greeted us to the morning we left, he took care of anything we asked of him.

5. They never told me what the actual problem was (probably that they only had a pet-friendly accessible room available), but they definitely did everything to accommodate us, including comping our valet parking.
