3. Even if you weren't staying for an event or exhibition at the nearby Convention Centre, I'd still recommend this hotel as it's only a short walk from buses, rail, shopping, restaurants and of course the Mall and all the excellent DC museums and sights.

10. The staff is friendly enough, the hotel is clean (although we chose to not tub-bathe our kids as the tub didn't exactly look spotless) and its location is excellent for being walking distance to many restaurants for meals (Chinatown area - nice busy atmosphere).
