1. When we got there, they told me that the two handicapped rooms were unavailable but, they made sure that we had beautiful rooms that more than met our needs, If we had listened to Expedia info, we would have been out of luck.

There was confusion with the people whom I spoke to at Expedia regarding our special needs being met but we were grateful to the Manager at the Ramada Foothills Inn & Suites because she made it possible for us to get a beautiful "Handicapped" Suite with two queen sized beds for the same price as was quoted to us for a handicapped room.
