1. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 was because of the complimentary bottle of water in the room.

3. Having a breakfast cafe in the hotel was very handy and, although the menu was limited, food was reasonably priced and nicely presented, even on Christmas Day.

4. The breakfast is free, and I'm a picky eater, even the buffet charge was adjusted to a very reasonable rate when I just mentioned I didn't eat any of the meat.

5. If I was on a budget and traveling for personal reason I might consider this hotel as it was one the cheaper hotels by the U of A campus.

9. Apparently, a few of the floors are renovated, but for whatever reason, we were not put in one of those rooms even though the hotel was barely occupied.
