3. We do the white sock test and have asked them to clean our carpets, replace our shower head because they are 20 years old and have no pressure ie: maintenance man says ' some rooms have new shower heads', look under the bed to see if they have vacumed only to find old sandwiches and stuff and pull the sheets off to see if thier are bed bugs.

4. This hotel has not seen a new sheet, carpet, mattress, sofa, or drapes since over 20years The carpet is soiled, the fabric couch is soiled , the sheets paper thin, (some rooms have gotten down comforters maybe 25%) but the rest of them have the same old comforters and army surplus blankets.
