4. Front staff is very impersonal but the the employees that have been there for 20 years or more make up for that and I guess they remember my sister and I who complain about things most people would over look; pubic hairs in bath tub, snot on the walls, unclean pillows under the covers, pull our comforters off and ask the maid to bring us clean ones because YES they DO NOT.

5. This hotel has not seen a new sheet, carpet, mattress, sofa, or drapes since over 20years The carpet is soiled, the fabric couch is soiled , the sheets paper thin, (some rooms have gotten down comforters maybe 25%) but the rest of them have the same old comforters and army surplus blankets.

6. 240) was HUGE, light and airy (again, rare, when so may rooms have little or no natural light), overlooking the small but immaculately clean pool area with amazingly comfortable loungers but ridiculously small towels.
