4. It's not that the room wasn't secure: it was, it's just that it felt like it wasn't, possibly because the entire facility feels very 'open.

5. I agree with some of the other reviewers regarding the security of the ground level rooms with sliders opening to the courtyard, and this is my only downside to the experience.

8. Downfall is they don't have security cameras in all the parking lots.
