1. There are other Hilton facilities nearby which are far more accommodating and at a more reasonable rate.

5. I would think the hotel wouldn't want 1) his cigarette smoke blowing in on the guests in the lobby or 2) the guests in the lobby getting cold b/c he for some reason - had to keep the door open when he abandoned his duties.

6. The rooms and hallways have been recently renovated; room rates are reasonable; the food is very good; the staff is extremely helpful and friendly and the pool and exercise facilities are first rate.
