1. Extremely courteous staff, very quiet and spacious room, beautiful grounds, good location (about a 30 minute walk to the University of Arizona from the hotel down Tuscon's delightful downtown.

2. The hotel itself is a bit run down; the place shows its age but the rooms were very spacious and comfortable, although the bathroom in our room was very small compared with the size of the room.

3. We came in late the first night and the hotel manager advised us where we could get something to eat since it was almost 10:00 pm, which we did, Our room was spacious and comfortable, clean and had all the items we would need, hair dryer, soap, shampoo and lotion.
