6. The location is convenient to sightseeing on the west side(the desert museum,tucson studios and saguaro west) and the south (air & space museum, mission xavier de bac) and to downtown and the UofA.

7. For a business motel, I was surprised to find out the front desk didn't carry stamps, though they did suggest going to the convenience store nearby.
