1. The Congress is in a convenient neighborhood, it's clean, the staff is ok, the rooms are small and spare (no TV) but overall the joint lacks the things I value in a hotel room - comfort and calmness.

2. Train travellers should be aware that this great place is just across the street from the Amtrak station so it's super convenient for us rail traveler types.
