1. It is true that the beds in the main bedroom was a newer Sleep Number bed, but the sofabed and rollaway were very poor.

2. We walked in told them we had a reservation, the newer girl asked for an ID and my fiance handed her his government ID, she looked at it and then looked at her pc screen for about a minute and then the manager came over and rudely said 'We need your drivers license not a gov.
