1. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and helpful and this made what would have been a mediocre stay much more pleasant.

2. He tells me some bs about a '2-pipe system'? And switching rooms wouldn't help, the only way to cool room is open a window.

3. Food looked great in rest/bar but service was so bad we paid for drinks at front desk as wait staff vanished for 20 min delivering room service & bar help not so much into the help aspect of running a bar.
