1. The resort lobby was clean and well maintained, offering fruit and cold beverages daily.

2. When I voiced my concern with the House keeping Manager, I was told that if I had wanted it cleaned sooner in the future I would need to call and ask to have it cleaned.

3. The next day when it happened again and I called down to the guest services I was told I was speaking to the business manager and she also told me that since on Saturday's their house keeping staff doesn't come in until 9 AM I need to call and ask to have my room cleaned.
