1. And although the a/c worked fine, it didn't keep the bedroom cool because we had to shut the door to block out the super bright morning light that comes in thru the glass-block living room window (straight into our eyes); there were no shades or drapes on it.

8. Our original room was at the far north end of the hotel complex--but we asked to move due to noise from the mechanical systems; the centralAC cooling tower and main laundry for the hotel complex is at the north end; it producesa consistent white background noise.

10. We went to the lobby, and I walked over to the gift shop and she told me it was out on that side of the building, and a part had been ordered but they had to wait for it to cool down to fix it.
