1. $15 by the hotel shuttle, $35 by taxi, and if you want the shuttle, you'll need to arrange it in advance, since the trips and drivers may or may not be able to accommodate you within an hour.

10. When traveling with a small per diem, having a large meal included in the rate of our room was wonderful (I realize this probably isn't the case for the single traveler but they did make this accommodation for the large groups).
