3. The JW usually delivers a wonderful experience so I'd probably give Starr Pass another try and hope for better luck next time (but who knows.

9. better off at other hotels, not at all up to JW Marriott standards, book a room at holiday inn, money better spent.

10. You pay for valet parking but your car is out in the hot sun, the people who don't pay get the free garage, go figure?? Check-in got better, floors are still slippery, but now they have someone on the lobby floor during the busy times.
