Everyone there enjoy their job and is very helpful, including John (the watchman) who looks after the safety of the guests and of the wildlife (yes bobcats and javelinas wander the grounds at night), Larry (the manager) who is a wealth of infornation about Tucson's history and out of the way places, the front desk staff and bartender.
