1. Unfortunately, being initially given a substandard room, which was not a 'suite' in any sense of the word, really soured our impressions of the hotel, which I had wanted to like.

4. One is treated like a star - for example, during a 7 am lap swim in the wonderfully heated pool, I was offered a glass of water with lemon - a great way to end the exercise.

8. I like the gardens and the decoration of the main rooms unfortunatly there is not much choice in Tucson, so they can get away with calling this 'luxury'.
