1. Check in was wonderful, the manager on duty was the one actually hands-on at the front desk, which was nice.

2. Travis was wonderful to work with during the planning, gave us a great room rate and even extended shuttle service hours to provide transportation to and from the conference site for those guests without cars and to pick up late arrivals at the airport.

7. And I feel like they really care about keeping my business, and every time I there one employee always stands above the rest, Travis tramp always makes sure I am taken care of, and I will always go back as long as the hotel is always this wonderful.
