4. The room was clean (there is a checklist provided that shows everything the housekeeping staff do), well lit with 2 comfortable queen sized beds, a big desk/dressor, flat screen tv, a/c, coffee maker, fridge and microwave.

7. If you want to be in the middle of action of all the bars in downtown except about a 20 minute walk but it was only 5 dollars for 3 of us to take a cab from the hotel to the big Easy.

10. big, older hotel, could clean hallway carpets a little more, but the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, the continental breakfast was very good.
