6. I asked if I could give them my name and someone could call me when they opened the rooms up but I was told they dont do that (you mean you dont provide customer service?) I should have gave up there but the location of this hotel is a big asset and the reason we wanted to stay.

7. Even after I asked houskeeping to send the maid back to our room for clean glasses, etc, she left the big bag of obvious garbage in the middle of the floor.

8. Not a huge issue for me, but if that is big on your 'must have list' I`m pretty sure the entire property is the same unless you are in a suite.
