4. This place has the potential to be one of the best properties in Spokane just based on location but the management needs a serious overhaul, staff needs to be given consistent and clear information to share with customers and the group reservations needs to be streamlined.

7. The hotel directory and back of the chair were splashed with something sticky, but the best was the bed:We arrived late, had to call housekeeping to clean the bathroom, finally got into bed only to find it klunked every time you turned, or moved in the bed.
