1. Sure, the refurb looks nice enough - some stylish furnishings, etc, but a good night's sleep and a comfortable room is far more important.

5. The Location was amazing, it was seriously 1 1/2 blocks away from the peir/beach and walking distance to the shopping stores on State Street (you just have to pass the little bridge, but really nice walk).

9. So if you don't mind that and the sewage smell that comes out of the faucet in the the sink in the room, then you should be ok ;)The people who run the place are very nice and will let you store your bike in the lobby at night and your luggage in the office after checking out.
