1. I guess if I had to complain about anything, it would be that I would have liked to have a bagel or toast option available, instead of a sugary pastry.

4. Smoker? Your dead here, now a 5th rate customer and treated like your in prison and they give a 4x10 smoking area on the entire property.

6. The room smelled like old smoke which was interesting as a no smoking sign posted on the desk? I am sure that this use to be a smoking hotel/motel which did not work for me as I have an allergy to smoke.

8. construction was so poor that anytime a guest left thier room and shut the door, it felt like they were invading our room.

9. The Sanpiper does not require a two-night weekend stay like some, it is affordable and in a good location but it wasn't a place I felt comfortable in.
