5. The soundproofing is also good enough to keep out the noise of teenagers (from a sailing club) who stayed the first night of my visit - I didn't hear them at all.

6. PS - There is a great organic foods market about 2 blocks away, on Milpas Street, where you can get fruit, yogurt, etc, and there is good cheap Mexican food farther up Milpas.
