7. maybe some weather stripping to make it come to the floor would fix that? It was clean, had a fridge, a microwave, two flat screen TVs ( don't know if they worked, we never tried them), a comfortable bed and windows on both sides of the room as opposed to some motels where you're in a cave with one window at the front, so plenty of natural light.
