1. We were pleasantly surprised that this somewhat unassuming motel, was extremely roomy inside with 2 double beds, a kitchen, and large bathroom.

2. It is not refurbished (as evidently many of the rooms are) but was roomy, had views of the beach, and was very convenient for myself, wife and daughter.
