1. Having asthma (and the staff knowing well beforehand that we could not tolerate strong odors), the staff made no effort to make things better for us.

5. Everyone wants to keep guests' information on computer these days, perhaps noting that we were returning guests or there for a special occasion would have a been a useful hint for better customer service.
