3. I know that that review may or may not persuade you to stay at this establishment, but the more you know about the 'premises' or property/grounds security especially when they are charging a fee to utilize the establishments parking lot the more educational decision can be made.

4. So don't think for a minute that your belongings are 'SAFE' just because they claim to have security cameras, security guard walking the parking lot, or the 'gated' access to the hotel.

5. They claim they have 'security' that roams the hotel grounds and have signs posted that say there's video surveillance.

6. Have you ever tried getting luggage out and having it stay in place without rolling downhill?? If the parking lot was secured, but it is not, unless you want to call the bar that goes up and down as you exit security.

7. This lot is not secured, (although they claim it is) and there are NO places to park your car in the shade during the vast majority of the day.
"Perfect Balance of Luxury and Affordability " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/5/2009 Vote
8. 00 I expect (AT LEAST) a secured, covered lot.

9. I think this fee should be eliminated if it is not truly a secured lot, especially for those paying $200 or more per night.

10. We were told we needed our hotel key to gain entrance after 11pm as the lot is secured, we never once saw a guard or had to use our card to gain entry when coming in late.
