2. Breakfast was standard issue Courtyard fare at inflated Courtyard prices with free coffee for you people around the corner across from the conference room with glass doors so everyone can watch you have a board meeting for some reason.

4. If you want a clean hotel with good rooms, an above average reception (for a courtyard), centrally located for things to do in san diego, with a small pool, on a reasonable budget, this is it.

8. There were lots of formula chain restaurants close by - but again I preferred to hit HIllcrest, North Park (30th St) for unique, reasonably priced restaurants with outstanding food.
