9. I asked the front desk staff for a recommendation for a good, authentic Mexican restaurant and they pulled out 'the list' which I told them I wasn't interested in.

10. Breakfast buffet was free since I an a Gold HHonors member which is good because I had to ask repeatedly for my omelet and I was finished wating the rest of my breakfast when it arrived.
