The reservation people were very helpful, the desk staff (especially Dave Miller) were awesome, the rooms were big and looked to be newly renovated (and they went out of their way to help us with roll-away cots), the location was great (across the street from a variety of stores and restaurants), and they bent over backwards helping us shuttle our group where and when we wanted to travel; and the rates were reasonable.
