5. The impression that we both had was that the rooms were very nice, hers being just a bit better condition while mine was bigger.

6. The room was large and pleasant enough, although we paid for a bay view room and got a bottom floor room overlooking the back car park which then overlooked the bay - so i wasn't that impressed.

7. This is where the service gets very impressive: - the bellman Cody, offered to drive our passports himself to us so that we could make the flight and not have us worry about a cab driver potentially messing up the situation.
