1. Coupled with showers that do not produce reliable hot water but alternate between scalding hot and ice cold every few moments and housekeeping that is only trained to remove towels and bathmats without every bringing fresh ones, it is an epitome of a hotel past its prime and run on the cheap.

2. King bed was very nice, fresh smelling linens (not the typical industrial wash smell) soft sheets & extra pillows & blanket for getting super cozy.

3. I couldn't find a note to let housekeeping know we didn't require fresh linens every day, (to conserve energy), but I couldn't find such a note that is found in most hotels these days.

4. its in a lovely area, a good loaction to walk to many places, and there are some lovely walks, bed was comfy rooms were a nice size and nice to have a large door to let some fresh air in.

5. The only small point was the noise from reception / entrance however we had the door open for fresh air and if closed the noise would be reduced.
