7. I realize the first room was simply the luck of the draw and the second room was adequate, but again, it was very disappointing to move to a smaller room late at night already exhausted.

Plus the little extras, like the cute courtyard with the mini-fountains, the beautifully decorated lounge area with the tropical fish tank, adequate business center and complimentary continental breakfast (with the famous Comfort Inn Waffles of course) make this hotel feel much more than just an older urban lodge.
