I was surprised to learn that, even though I used the Valet parking system, ACE and the Hotel did not want to take any
respons
ibility to the robbery that happened in their facilities.

After claiming the damage done to the car and to the GPS to the hotel manager at the moment, I was informed that niether Ace (their parking operator) nor the hotel were
respons
ible for the robary (.
