4. This is a perfect choice if you want to be close to downtown San Diego for the Gaslamp district and Balboa park and many of the other 'must do' attractions.

5. it was so close to everything, the location worked out perfectly for us -- walking distance to the zoo, gaslamp quarter, convention center, horton plaza shopping center, and TONS of great restaurants.

6. We love this hotel because it is a central easy location, the suites are perfect (if a little crowded) for our family of five; and the indoor pool and jacuzzi are perfect at the end of a long day hiking the hills of the Zoo, Legoland, La Jolla, waterfront, or Balboa Park.

8. Standard suite layout was perfect for two friends, with separate living area (with desk & high speed net hookup)& sleeping area with large closet & sink outside of the main bathroom.
