1. Our only complaint was the bed was as hard as a rock, we generally perfer a firm mattress but this was like sleeping on the floor.

5. As a Starwood Platinum member I have generally avoided the Sheraton chain in the past because of some bad experiences, but decided to give the Sheraton Suites in San Diego a chance.

8. Once we arrived at the hotel the Front Desk personnel were very welcoming and generous, in fact they offered a glass of sparkling wine which was very unexpected.
