1. It's in a great location but unlike the Ocean Park Inn which is in the heart of all the partying, this location is quiet.

7. As long as you don't stay at the couple of rooms in the hotel nearest Mission Boulevard (street noise can be distracting in those 2 rooms) then the place is very quiet and laid-back.
