They never offered to take me home (I'm a local resident) and when asked if I could use their car service (they have two Lincoln Town cars) they informed me they only drive within a 5 mile radius of the hotel and could not make an exception to take me to Carlsbad, when asked if they could pick up the tab for the taxi, they declined, and offered me a drink ticket for the bar.
