7. I have stayed in many hotels over the past 12 years I have been traveling for best Buy and have never had a hotel be so accomidating to me when it was an issue out of their control.

The best was a member of the staff was out in the lobby area answering questions, assisting in any issues that may arise with a lobby area full of people lingering around the lobby where they had emergency power to keep lights on and serve snacks to those that could not go out to eat, while the city was without power.
